1. General Use

Wildflower Salon & Day Spa provides services for beauty, wellness, and relaxation. By accessing our website or visiting our salon, you agree to abide by all policies outlined below, as well as any posted policies or notices within the spa.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the scheduled service cost.
Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the time remaining. However, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and the full cost will still apply.

4. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your visit so we can make it right.

5. Medical Disclosure

Certain services (such as hair color, perms, facials, chemical peels, or massage) may be contraindicated for individuals with certain medical conditions. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service. Wildflower Salon & Day Spa is not liable for any issues that arise due to withheld medical information.

6. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for consultation and service. Certain services may not be available to minors.

7. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used toward eligible services and retail products. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or any conduct that creates a hostile environment for staff or guests.
